Everything was done at home comfortably — no stress, no travel, and my pet stayed completely relaxed throughout. The grooming was done beautifully — from a clean haircut and shiny coat to trimmed nails and a nice fragrance. They brought all the necessary tools, cleaned up properly after finishing, and made sure my pet was comfortable the whole time.
