From the very first visit, when Mr. Arjun picked June up and said, “See, I’m Arjun and you’re June,” to Mr. Shubham’s helpful guidance, and most recently, Mr. Amit’s incredible support. Amit helped me choose cozy jackets and sweaters for June through WhatsApp and ensured everything was delivered promptly. He even surprised us with extra treats- June’s very own Santa! The store is warm, welcoming, and full of love for pets. You’ll meet Lassi, the adorable store dog, and if you bring your pet along, be ready for lots of attention and pampering. Absolutely super customer service! HUFT has been an incredible source of my Oscar’s happiness and comfort.
