Problem: Only one dog was properly groomed (bathed, combed, dried). The second dog was visibly untouched/not groomed. Response from Groomer: They initially gave excuses (age difference, comparing to other shops) despite having groomed your dogs successfully before. They promised to return to finish the job but then failed to show up and stopped answering your calls after payment. Your Concern: Serious concern over deceitful practice and mistreatment of animals. they failed to complete the service they were paid for I want refund (for the dog that was not groomed).matter and shameful because they are doing this kind of things with them who can not even speak and tell us about the happenings Upon receiving my dogs back, it was immediately clear that only one dog was properly groomed (bathed, combed, and dried). The second dog was visibly untouched and had not received the basic services I paid for. When I contacted you immediately to point out the failure, I was given several untrue excuses, including claims about the dog's age, which were promptly refuted. After confrontation, you verbally agreed to return to complete the grooming for the second dog. I waited for your promised return, but you failed to show up and have since stopped receiving my calls. This conduct is unacceptable and amounts to a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for.
