My dog has picked up a major tick infection from the place. Took my dog for grooming and minor itching. Poor diagnosis as I had to visit again 2 days later for proper diagnosis..
Dr. Prabhakaran was a good and thorough vet and thoroughly examined my pet. However, the staff were abysmal and disinterested, the vet was overscheduled and follow up non existent. I had to call the clinic for over three days to get my final test reports. In addition, tests were overprescribed, the waiting room air conditioning was not working, and the staff casual about the issue. There is no assistance for parking, billing takes over 20 minutes, and the waiting area for pets is small. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr Prabhakaran and Dr Alka are phenomenal veterinarians, and the entire team at DCC always goes out of their way to make everyone feel taken care of. I can’t imagine taking our baby anywhere else :)
Dr Alka is a phenomenal veterinarian and the entire team at DCC is outstanding. I took my 15-day-old kitten whose health deteriorated because of another vet's wrong medications. Dr Alka handled my pet's case, and he is perfectly fine now. I can't imagine taking my baby anywhere else now.
DCC felt like a scam clinic to me, where dogs are treated as sources of income rather than lives that need care. My puppy went in with only a hairline fracture, but the injury was made far worse, involving bone, nerve, and tissue damage and ultimately leading to surgery. It felt like the situation was escalated for procedures and money instead of healing. I trusted them with my puppy, and that trust was broken.
