Very bad experience – Not recommended I had a really disappointing stay at Hotel Paragon Suite, Delhi. The rooms are extremely small and do not match the photos shown online. The door lock was broken and poorly fixed, and the door chaukhat/ply was visible, showing very poor fit and finish. The bathroom was incomplete—there was no glass partition, which was clearly shown in the images while booking. The hotel is located in a very congested area, making it uncomfortable and noisy. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards. Bad maintenance, misleading photos, and poor experience. I would rate this as a 1-star hotel at best and do not recommend it to anyone.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff provided excellent service — they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile
My worst experience of stay at a hotel. They are showing fake photos of room and hotel which are not real at all. The room was very very small. There was a big glass window which was without any curtain. The nearby people can easily look inside the room. The geyser was not working. No towel no toiletry no standard at all . I booked a classical room for Rs 1961. I sincerely urge all to refrain from booking this hotel . Choose it only this is the only hotel left in Mahipalpur.
The service was good and the staff was polite and cooperative. However, the room shown online was very different from what we actually received. The pictures showed a bigger and more spacious room with a proper washroom, but in reality the room was quite small. The washroom was not clean and basic amenities were not properly provided. Also, the hotel is not located on the main road as advertised. Overall, the stay did not fully match the expectations set online.
Absolutely loved my visit! The team was professional and attentive from start to finish. The product/service quality was excellent and priced fairly. Clean environment and very comfortable.
