Avoid Vetic GK1 if you value competent care. I took my dog in for continuous vomiting and had an extremely frustrating experience. I was standing with my dog along with my mother, and they told us one of us had to leave because “they can’t handle a dog if two people are present.” That’s not a rule , that’s INCOMPETENCE. When I asked why, the response was, “Then you come hold him.” Absolutely unprofessional. They charged twice for IV drips in the same bill and applied pricing meant for dogs under 30 kg to my 5 kg dog, which is absurd. There is an extra night charge, and the quality of doctors on night duty, absolutely unprofessional and insensitive. If you’re charging a surcharge, the least you can do is have capable doctors. If a veterinary clinic can’t manage a small, sick dog or communicate respectfully, that’s a serious red flag. Between the overcharging, poor attitude, and lack of basic animal handling skills, I would not recommend Vetic GK1 to any pet parent who actually cares about their animal. Go to Niti Bagh for sensible doctors and to Zigly for night time for professional and sensitive doctors.

Absolutely horrible and irresponsible clinic. We took our puppy in a seizure emergency and these so-called doctors didn’t even start anti-seizure treatment. Instead, they wasted time doing pointless X-rays while our puppy was dying. As expected, nothing was found—and our puppy expired due to their sheer negligence. Completely incompetent, inexperienced, and careless staff. This place is dangerous for emergency cases. If you love your pet, never bring them here. One of the worst decisions of our life.

I went there influenced by their appearance and modern approaches of customer handling and pet records etc but I in last 6 months I have lost two cats. While my first cat died due to fpv and I understand the chances were bleak but my second kitten who was healthy and I have all medical records died to negligence of doctors. There is only one qualified doctor Anand who is burdened with cases of cats and is hardly able to track histories. My kitten had a normal diarahea but was otherwise very healthy for which I was prescribed several medicines including prednisolone which was a steroid. And while her diarahea got fixed she died in three days because of liver damage leading to non regenerative anemia. The doctor failed to track that my kitten was only 3 months old who could in no way process such heavy medicines and thus should not hve prescribed, I later read online that prednisolone is given to older cats when they are diagnosed with Cancer and other severe gastro diseases. All the medicines was given on mere assumption that something might click if not one. I was also told to give pancresolve which is given for pancreatitis when my kitten had none. She died a painful death Infront of my eyes while these loots charged me thousands in random tests which were not needed, So I request pet parents to only consider this place for grooming or purchases or normal vaccines and other minor things. Don’t get swayed by their fancy appearances and ease of functioning. There are several better clinics in south delhi in which doctors are actually more informed and experienced.

I took my cat for a dental scaling procedure. After the procedure, I was handed antibiotics by the receptionist without any explanation on dosage or frequency from the doctor. The receptionist wrote “4 ml twice daily for 10 days” on the box. Later, I checked the uploaded prescription on the app — it only mentioned “4 ml” without frequency. After several hours of trying to reach the doctor, I finally got a call around 1 a.m. and was told the correct dosage was 4 ml once daily. Such an error could have caused serious harm if I hadn’t double-checked. During the procedure, I was informed that one tooth needed extraction and shown a video of it, which I appreciated. However, the additional charges quoted were almost three times the amount initially mentioned for dental scaling, excluding anaesthesia. A price increase of that magnitude should have been communicated upfront, as it directly affects treatment decisions. The doctor’s skill seemed sound, but the lack of accurate guidance, transparency in billing, and clarity in aftercare was disappointing. Clients deserve clear information and honest communication — especially when their pet’s health is at stake.

Extremely painful, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience. We lost our beloved pet due to a serious mistake made by this clinic, and the emotional trauma this has caused is something we will never forget. We trusted this clinic with a life that was family to us, and that trust was completely shattered. There was zero internal communication among the staff and doctors. Even after booking our appointment online, we received more than 6 calls from different people, all asking the same questions. The worst part was that we continued to receive calls even while we were physically standing at the billing counter. This clearly shows how disorganized and careless their system is. On top of this chaos, every single visit came with increased charges without any proper explanation or transparency. There was no clear treatment plan, no confident diagnosis, and no justification for why the costs kept going up. It felt like money was the priority, not medical care. After losing our pet due to their mistake, we went back to the clinic to request a refund, hoping at least for some accountability. Instead, the staff behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, completely ignoring our concerns. We were told things like “call whoever you want”, showing zero empathy, responsibility, or professionalism. This attitude toward grieving pet parents is completely unacceptable. A clinic that deals with lives should show compassion, coordination, and competence. Sadly, this place showed none of that. Pets are not business tools—they are family. I strongly warn other pet parents to think carefully before trusting this clinic. No amount of money can replace the loss we suffered here.
