I recently got three of my cats neutered under the care of Dr. Manu Mishra through Barket’s sterilization drive, and the experience was exceptional. Dr. Mishra is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, ensuring that every stage of the process—from pre-operative preparations to the surgery and post-operative care—was seamless and stress-free. The partnership between Dr. Mishra and Barket reflects a shared commitment to animal welfare, and my cats received the best possible care. The entire process, which took about a week, was handled with such expertise that I felt completely reassured throughout. I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr Manu Mishra re the treatment of a young cat that I was looking after. Dr Mishra advised a costly and traumatic surgery for a fractured rear leg saying it was her best chance. Then kept her in boarding supposedly for IV injections. The conditions at the boarding are worse than horrible—I saw it myself—dogs and cats in cages housed in a filthy basement. But I thought if she is getting IV injections twice a day, it would be in her best interest to keep her there. During this time I received next to no updates and, despite many requests and calls to dr Manu (most unanswered) no prescription or information on line of treatment, as is my right. Finally the day after Diwali I was able to bring her back after paying a bill of around 25k. No prescription just a bottle of medicine She died yesterday. I am putting this up here because I want to warn people who looking for a vet. Please do not take them to Dr Manu who claims to run an NGO in the name of animal welfare, but to a private vet who at least will be answerable and responsive to your queries.

I, Bindiya Arora, cannot thank Dr. Manu enough for saving the life of my kitten, Ash, whom I had rescued from my workplace. I found Dr. Manu online and was immediately impressed by his politeness, patience, and willingness to help over the phone. My kitten had a severe injury – his femur bone was broken into five parts. Dr. Manu performed a complex surgery with utmost precision and took excellent care of him. The staff at the clinic was equally warm and kind, and their dedication truly stood out. I often visited my kitten unannounced during his recovery, and not once did I feel he was neglected. It has been a wonderful experience knowing Dr. Manu and witnessing his passion for animals. Thanks to Dr. Manu and his incredible team, Ash has made a full recovery and is thriving. I am deeply grateful for their efforts, and I know Ash is too!
