I had a very poor experience at this hotel. Tea and coffee were served cold, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, snacks were served after nearly 20 minutes, by which time the coffee was already finished. No cookies were served at all, despite it being a basic expectation. The service staff were extremely lazy and inattentive. Even after giving clear instructions multiple times, the waiters did not serve properly. Shockingly, as a host, I had to run after the waiters myself just to ensure food was served to guests. This level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism reflects very badly on the hotel. It was embarrassing and stressful. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never choose it again for any event. Highly disappointing experience.

For an extra bedding, Ms. Mehak literally created chaos at late evening check in and we had to wait with our baby at reception while she literally refused to give even an additional bedsheet. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE. Please save your money as they would charge half of the room charge just for one additional service. “0 Star” Rude and unprofessional staff.

Food was average nothing taste wow... Ambience was good, hotel entry can little smooth, it's a very steep slope if not taken can hurt your vehicle... Little words of caution while approaching to the place..!! Happy Family Time...

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and local specialties. Everything was fresh and well presented. What made the experience truly special was the service. Priya and Gajender were outstanding – very friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always smiling and helpful. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our morning. We highly recommend the breakfast here and would gladly come back. A perfect start to the day!
