Requesting you all please do not visit here if you love your pet.They are just money minded people they only focus how to make money rather than actually treating your pet.Staff was very ill manned. I went there because my cat was vomiting and had loose motions. Firstly, I took my cat to their Janakpuri branch at night because she was vomiting and had loose motions. Just 15 minutes after starting the treatment there, her condition worsened significantly. Despite repeatedly calling and requesting help, the Janakpuri branch closed and the doctor refused to see my cat again. Instead, they told us to take her to the Vikaspuri branch—even though her condition at that time was extremely severe. After taking my cat to the Vikaspuri branch, Dr. Gautam examined her and said that she has an infection. He mentioned that if my cat survives the next 48 hours, then he’ll be able to save her and she will recover. Doctor GAUTAM said not to feed her anything because they would put her on a drip only. But after three days of being on the drip, her condition got even worse. There was hardly any blood left in her body, and she started having difficulty breathing. We kept telling the doctor to please check her once because her gums were turning white and her body was becoming pale, but no one there checked her. They seemed more focused on just giving drips and taking money than actually caring for her. Even after she survived the 48 hours, the doctor GAUTAM and NITESH said, “Now we can’t do anything to save her because she has no blood in her body.” They were just giving us false hope for three days, saying they could save her just to make money.They never told us once that fluid was building up in her abdomen. They were only focused on giving drips and making money. There was a guy named Prince who stays there at night. Even after we repeatedly asked him, he didn’t properly check our cat and just kept laughing. He kept saying, “Either admit her or leave to make 7000rs even though it was 1 AM. All he knows is how to give injections nothing else. Today i lost my cat 😭😭 because of doctor gautam and staff negligence. Fluid had built up in her abdomen, but Dr. Gautam didn’t tell us even once and no one standing to look after her when giving the treatment they leave her alone on the table. I am requesting you all please do not visit both branches if you love your pets.

Dr Anand’s Pets Hospital is the best place for pets in Delhi. The staff greeted us kindly and made sure our dog was relaxed. Dr Gautam explained the treatment properly and checked comfort at every step. We trust them completely.

They are the worst in the business. I went for my Pitbull's castration surgery. He was all healthy, walking, running. But this dr forced us for surgery. I asked him several times that is there any complications of the surgery but he said that it is very safe. He took the money before the surgery and as soon as the surgery was complete the doctor GAUTAM ANAND was forcing us to take him from there. As we asked any questions he was not at all interested in answering them. We thought that if he is saying to take him we should take him home. But as soon as he came to the car he collapsed. This clinic is not good at all and the dr. GAUTAM ANAND IS THE WORST. GE KILLED MY PITBULL.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience here, I feel it's necessary to warn other pet parents. Took my dog here for treatment of glaucoma and ended up spending over ₹50,000 across multiple visits – each one costing ₹3,500 or more. Despite all this, there was no real improvement in my dog’s condition. The treatment seemed more like trial and error than a well-thought-out medical approach. The vet barely communicates properly, doesn't explain anything clearly, and gives off a very dismissive attitude. It honestly felt like they were more interested in billing than actually helping my pet. And don’t even get me started on the staff – completely unprofessional. They act like they’re qualified doctors just because they’ve been around the vet for a while. Rude, arrogant, and clearly not trained to handle pets or talk to clients respectfully. Absolutely terrible experience. My dog deserved better, and so does yours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet's well-being.

Dr Gautam has been caring for our beagle Simba since last 14 years. His dedication and kindness towards our pet is exemplary. He has an astute diagnosis and treatment. Dr Gautam never gives up on his patients. His hospital has every diagnostic facility for prompt treatment. Despite various extremely serious diseases like tick fever , pancreatitis , stroke etc , our pet Simba has pulled through and is happy and healthy , thanks to Dr Gautam!! His staff is also very helpful and dedicated and give their best in every situation. We will forever be grateful to him and recommend anyone who truly love their pet to go to him for treatment.
