I brought my cat here for treatment of her fracture, but there's no humanity all they care about is money and how to extract it from customers. It's sad to see. I trusted them because of the 4.4 rating, but I didn't know about the hidden reality behind this fake "pet clinic" facade. At least show some compassion for animals! They just want to squeeze money out of everyone with unnecessary surgeries, pointless X-rays, and procedures that aren't needed. When I went to the counter, they told me upfront: 2 X-rays for ₹1,600, 1 for ₹800, and ₹500 consultation fee. I agreed, thinking that for ₹500, they would at least properly examine my cat. But as soon as we went inside, they did nothing just placed her on a mat, then put her on the ground, and barely checked her leg. They brought some treat and gave her 2-3 licks, then took her away. That was it just 30 seconds! Then they immediately took her for X-rays. Is this what a doctor's consultation looks like? The "doctor" said, "2 X-rays for ₹1,600, should I do it?" I mean, what the hell is that? I don't think there was even a real doctor they were just staff members. Then they started pressuring me about unnecessary surgery, saying "book the day after tomorrow for surgery." I'm convinced the staff gets incentives for forcing customers into higher-cost treatments.
