They are scammers, take my 1500rs not responding . They don't reply on insta and even not on mail .

Seems scam , no one answers on call or whatsapp . I wanted to book for a month but realised it could be just scam ..what of no one turns up and then read another comment highlighting same issue

Extremely disappointed. Had booked a walk way in advance and had made payment also and no one showed up on the day. Infact there was no response to query on the app or Instagram DM and WhatsApp doesn’t allow to get in touch with a human. I had really high hopes but not even close to it.

I booked for trial, paid the amount but no walker came...on top of that there is no option to contact them. Only ivr option is there...till the time i was trying to book they were calling me..now when i have paid, no action is taken..just getting a mail that team is working...been 5days..i am frustrated as i am just not able to contact them..neither through call nor through whatsapp..this was just for trial, image if you book them for regular walk , what will happen..if something happens to your pet on walk, you will not be able to contact the agency..
