This place for those animals, who afraid to visit the vet. My cat is very found of his vet and stuff. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Very pleasant experience for years.

This review is about the GK branch of DCC. I was very apprehensive about which vet to take my furry little cat to. I have an Indie Cat who needed his booster vaccination done. After much consideration, I decided to go to DCC, and I am so pleased with my decision. Hygiene and ease of access are secondary, but the way the staff and doctors treat you and your pet is truly next level. Special mention for the receptionist as well, she is very polite and hands on. The doctors pay incredible attention to your pet, treating them like a human patient. They are so engaging, and take their time without rushing, ensuring your pet is comfortable throughout. For example, when it was time to vaccinate my cat, they first made sure he was calm and comfortable. Only once he had settled down did they proceed with the vaccination. They even offered him treats, used a collar, and put on a jacket—all handled with care, ease, and patience, making the process so smooth. Their care and attention was so heart warming to see 🥹🥹🥹 they treated my cat just like their own. I am extremely satisfied with DCC and will definitely return for all future appointments. Where do I begin!! I had lost all hope as my 3 year old mini sausage dog that I moved from Australia to India was getting itchy red ears and toes and after several visits to a nearby vet at Zigly and feeding this poor baby with 5 different syrups for 15 days it was still the same. I felt so helpless as Chester after his traumatic flight to India travelling in cargo just doesn’t let anyone touch him and would snap and bite as he’s been scarred and I feel so sorry for doing this to him :( But a huge thanks to Dr Jharna and her team they were able to put an Elizabeth collar and a muzzle and cleaned his ears properly and applied a cream! Also a very mild anti histamine for 5 days only. We were also facing challenges with getting his nails cut as he’s developed a fear and dachshunds are already so dramatic. We finally got this done as well and this was another thing which was making me feel So hopeless as being 3 years he never had a nail trim and this was affecting his walk. This review has been long overdue but I can’t thank Dr jharna and her amazing team who all worked so fantastically and got it all done so quickly. Can’t wait to go for a follow up and trust me we took Chester to the best Vets and were always left heartbroken when they simply just wouldn’t try and find the route cause and then a friend suggested this practice and finally I feel at ease mostly because Chester is fine and got looked at properly!!!! I do dream to take him back eventually and to anyone reading this please don’t move your dog from Australia to India. Specially Australia as you can’t fly your fur baby back straight away due to strict bio security laws and because Australia is rabies free. Had I know how much of a pain it would be to fly him out of here I would’ve never done this and trust me I cry to sleep almost every other night looking at his face and what did I do! I was only thinking I don’t want to part with him for whatever a month or so and now I can’t just leave him and go or put him with a pet relocation agent for him to move back in his own sweet time. This place finally gave me hope that he can have blood tests etc when the time comes to transition out of India hopefully!!!! Thanks so much again and sorry for the super long story but I really wanted to put it out there so maybe someone can benefit from it!!!
