This is just heads up for pet parents especially cat parents who love their cats (kids). I have been a regular client for them who has been taking service since April 2024 from them but it was just this time to my doubt/gut feeling I happened to check the products dearpet had provided the groomer for bathing my cat. I have added pictures for reference and the condition of the kit given to the groomers. Additionally, when I contacted their customer service Ms. Charu, asked me to get my cat bathed again using the condition (not to forget please have a look at the condition of the conditioner being used in the attached pictures). I had to obviously decline her suggestion since cat was already distressed pet parents can understand the worry pf getting their cats bathed (she would’ve gone in a shock had I got her bathed agin) The only intention to write this review is to make the pet parents aware of taking a wise decision while trying to book from such online services. Afterall, they are our kids.
