I got a conditioner from them only for black seed like dirt to come out in the white conditioner. I showed my husband when we were bathing our dog and kept checking if it was coming from the conditioner. We used it on one of our dogs but then thought better to check online if that’s normal. I looked it up and the product is clearly spoiled or contaminated. When we called the store up and spoke to them regarding this issue they said that it’s normal for black seeds to be inside the conditioner. So they’re basically gaslighting us now. I just hope my dog does not suffer any adverse effects. Also fyi when I went to the store everything was covered in dust.

Very bad experience and they shaved all the hair of my cat. I told them to keep one layer above then normal. And they handled my cat so so so badly that i swear i will never take my cat back to these people. Even i am telling you to not go to any pet grooming clinic in that neeti bagh area. My cat is a ragdoll cat and they shaved the hair so much that only his skin is visible now.
