Very disappointing experience, I required a walker since I am a student and the walker provided wasn't good, on some days he didn't used to come but used to send an old pic of our house taken by him to the manager, Jai. He would call Jai that we don't open him the door but never called me despite having my number. It's appalling to see Jai having no trust in the customers that say anything against his walkers, customers aren't a priority here. Hewas very rude to us, I don't know about others. I asked Jai to change the walker several times but he never did. At the end he just simply refused to change. He didn't even trust my grandmother who used to tell him about having an unpleasant experience with walker. Not at all a good experience. Please don't go on the rating, services aren't good and aren't worth Rs.6000 per month
