Booked for a certain time with no1 showing up and no contact informing about any delay. After much follow up (it was a lot of follow up from my end through calls and messages to even get through leave alone getting a decent response) I was given stories about how groomer will reach in 30 mins and after 90 mins also groomer had not reached and then after 2 hours I am informed groomer may reach now. It was a really bad experience. Don’t even think about downloading their app; forget about taking their service.

⭐ If I could, I would rate them in the negative. If you love your pet and value your money, do not book their services. They don’t have professionals at all. The person who came for grooming clearly had no idea how to handle dogs. I have a Golden Retriever who is very calm and sweet, but after the bath, he was terrified and extremely stressed — I can’t even imagine what was done to him behind closed doors. ⚠️ Concerns with their service: • No labels on the shampoos they use (very unsafe). • I specifically gave him tick shampoo and told him it must stay on for at least 10 minutes, but he washed it off in just 2–3 minutes. • My dog was left 60% wet — no proper drying, no brushing. • He cleaned my dog’s ear with just a wet wipe and somehow made him bleed. • He threw the towel behind the bathroom seat and left the bathroom full of hair and shampoo mess. If I had to spend so much time cleaning up, why would I even book a grooming service? • Despite repeatedly asking him to bathe my dog in the balcony (which is large and meant for this), he insisted on using the bathroom, locked the door, and finished everything suspiciously in 15–20 minutes. Now, after this horrible “grooming,” my dog is scratching his ears badly and is even scared of us — which breaks my heart. And after complaining to their customer care, their “solution” was to offer me one more free service. Like really? Who would ever trust them again? 👉 This is the worst pet service I have ever experienced. Highly unprofessional, unsafe, and careless. Please don’t risk your pet’s well-being with them.

We had a very disturbing experience with Woofly’s grooming service for our Husky. They used an infected trimmer, were in a visible hurry, and showed a highly unprofessional attitude. Even after we raised concerns, there was no seriousness shown. Due to the infection caused during grooming, in peak winters we were forced to trim all his fur, and since then our dog’s condition has been extremely poor. He is still undergoing treatment, on strong medications, and has suffered continuous health issues including vomiting. This negligence has caused immense pain to our pet and distress to us as owners. Please be cautious before trusting your pets with such services.

I had booked Full Body Grooming for my Shih Tzu through this app, but I’m really unhappy with the service. 1. The body haircut is very uneven 2. One of the nails was cut too deep and started bleeding 3. No hygiene cleaning was done 4. Tail trimming was not done 5. The hair under the eyes was also not trimmed I called and even shared photos, but I haven’t received any response. Now, even the phone is not connecting. I will not book Woofly again in the future.

One of the worse service, one could think of👇🏻 the guy did not know how to cut hair of the puppy and just used machine and his scissor at will and spoilt the look of our baby - I’m sad his 1st hair cut in life was done by this company and the guy sent by them.
