Bitto Pet clinic Aka Dogs paradise! I bought a puppy golden retriever from them on 14 June 2020. Good place, owners Mr Pawan and Aman Garg are good and helpful, though a bit expensive, however worth ! The puppy was healthy, free of any diseases, the quality of puppy was as they committed. They suggested to get parvo and distemper tests done as soon as we buy the puppy , which later I realised the importance of these tests. FULL MARKS TO MR AMAN GARG, for being extremely helpful and guiding. even after taking the puppy home, every time I had any query ( as it was our first time becoming pet parent) he was there to guide and answer. I would RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BUT PETS, As THEY STAND TRUE TO THEIR COMMITMENT AND QUALITY! 👍🏻

All items are expensive they never give any discount once enqired about a dog bed they told the price around 1800 but I got that bed from other shop for 900 both father and son are same, selling items at maximum cost.

Worst shop i have ever come across. The owner pretends to be very sweet but he is arrogant, rude. over priced stuff , everything here is sold on MRP . not a single rupee discount can be expected. The owner thinks he is doing some kind of favor to the customers. Do not trust he is a liar can make a lot of excuses. Learn some etiquette unprofessional father and son.

Its a decent place, though a little small. Wait outside if they have customers to maintain social distance. Owner also seemed polite. They do have everything from food, treat, litter, bowls and all accessories. They do have home delivery services in nearby areas but the min. bill amount has increased in lockdown. No discounts for the same reason apparently. One of my visits, I believe I heard a breeder talking to couple of families regarding pups, so I guess they facilitate that as well. Though I am not in favor of the practice (adopt/foster✌🏼:), they sounded knowledgeable enough. Cash, card payments possible.

The shopkeeper is a fraudster, he tormented me for a year telling me that he is going to provide me with the KCI papers of the dog I had purchased from him at a price which was higher than the market value. I completely trusted him and called him every couple of weeks for my papers, everytime hearing some new excuse. I never received any KCI papers and I am now lodging a formal complaint with KCI. I suspect he sold the papers to someone else and just made a fool of me, because if he would have really misplaced the papers as he claims he could have easily applied for duplicate papers with KCI. I suggest stay away from this shop and go to a reputed shop like the ones in Khan market.
