I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From bed to washroom, Wi-Fi to Room Services everything was meeting my expectations. Best part this hotel is just 10 mins away from Terminal 1D and T3.

The worst experience i have ever had the hotel rooms are worst an very dirty what u see in picture it wont look like that an for women no safety there is no cc tv an which room they provided me there was broken window which anyone can see me bathing an again in the afternoon there was no hot water staff are good but the receptionists has too much attitude not worth to stay here for single women's

We were to go to regal haven were told switched to sister hotel galaxy by booking.com. bed clean room for 1-2 star clean only 2 star being nice . No coffee no breakfast. Staff was helpful and concerned with us walking in the area.

DONT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!! The good reviews are fake and the pictures on Google maps an booking.com are stock or AI images. The hotel has absolutely disgusting hygiene standards!! The room we got was filthy with dirty bed sheets, stained blankets, and clearly not cleaned. The two alternative rooms we were shown were just as bad. When we took the "best" of the 3 rooms and asked for new bed sheets they had brown stains on them as well. To make it worse, there was urine on the toilet seat. We travel frequently across India and internationally and have never experienced such disgusting conditions. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel. The property still refused to refund us. Dont come here or at least check the room before you pay!!!
