Was our pet's first time getting groomed. They took wonderful care of her and handled her extremely well. We were a little worried as she isn't used to males or other dogs, but the staff managed to keep her calm and happy. You can also watch the grooming through the CCTV. The service was amazing and the store items are also really tempting, making sure your wallet is definitely lighter than when you leave!
