At first I entered the room with payment of 2400 for 48hrs then I didn't get any water heater,food service frankly waste. If you ordered tea it will come after 45 mins, lunch or dinner it will takes minimum 1 hr time. Rate : 0 out of 10

Worst hotel experience ever, wish i could vive negative 5 stars ! Bad rooms bad service and absolutely no cleanliness ! The bed was full of bedbugs and entire sleep got messed up, staff didnt even bother to change the sheets or offer another room till some other customer checks out. All this happened at 4 am and I complained at the reception about the situation and he was sleeping peacefully even after knowing that his customers cannot sleep in the bed which he has paid for !!!!! NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL, JUST LOOKS GOOD FROM THE PHOTOS WHICH MIGHT BE DECADES OLD, ITS A TOTAL MESS HERE !!!!!!!!

There should be provision of providing ratings in minus. Pathetic service. No warm water is there. Staff is also very pathetic. Don't waste your money in booking such lame hotel. Please avoid. -10 rating.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Delhi. There was no hot water, the AC was not working, and the bathroom was dirty with no bucket provided without inform. Even after check-in, electrical work was going on inside the room. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. The hotel is completely different from the online photos. Very disappointing and misleading. Do not book this hotel.
