I am extremely disappointed with the service at this veterinary clinic. When we come here, we are not looking for textbook explanations or “bookish knowledge.” We are looking for real solutions and proper treatment for our pet. Our pets are like our family members, and we trust the vet to guide us with care. But instead of giving us clear treatment and actionable steps, we end up receiving vague answers and unnecessary tests that only increase the bill amount. The focus seems more on money-making rather than genuinely treating the animal. When a pet is unwell, we don’t want to hear long lectures or confusing explanations—we want a clear diagnosis, proper medicines, and a recovery plan. Unfortunately, that is missing here. We spend so much of our hard-earned money expecting our pet to get better, but walking out without proper treatment is very frustrating. Please remember—we are not here for theory, we are here to save our pet’s life. 👉 Not recommended at all for anyone who truly cares about their pet’s health.

I had a very good experience here. The doctor explained everything clearly and treated with full care. Staff behaviour is also very friendly and supportive. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. Appointment process is smooth and waiting time is less. Overall I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this clinic to everyone .
