Our dog, Euro, was suffering from one of the most severe forms of epilepsy, and his condition was extremely critical. She was very straightforward and honest, and would only recommend what was truly best for him, even when the situation was heartbreaking and uncertain. Her blunt honesty came from care, not indifference. I met her at the most crucial moment, when Euro was at a life-ending stage, and she stood by us, tried every possible option, and never gave up on him. For that, I will always be grateful.
