I had been treating my three kittens here from the beginning. I even got their vaccinations and all other necessary things done here. I also had my babies groomed by them. At that time, I was very disappointed because they had no idea about grooming. In the name of grooming, they completely shaved my kittens’ bodies and didn’t even cut their claws. When I called to complain, they told me, "Ma'am, what’s our fault? This is how the groomer does it." Still, I didn’t make an issue out of it, thinking that whatever had to happen has happened, and there's nothing that can be done now. Since I had been connected with them from the beginning, I didn’t leave a negative review. But when I left my pets in my brother’s care and went home for some work, one of my babies got sick after grooming and became less active. A few days later, he stopped eating. Then, I asked my brother to contact the doctor. The doctor said it had a fever and gave an injection. It was fine for a few days but then fell sick again. I sent it back to the doctor and explained all the problems, that he wasn’t eating, etc. Again, the doctor said it had a fever of 104 degrees and gave an injection along with 3-4 kinds of medicines. She told us not to force it to eat if it didn’t want to and to give it small amounts of food in a tiny container, one spoon at a time, at intervals. If he eats, fine; if not, no problem. She said to bring it back after five days if there’s no improvement. It ate a little of its favourite gravy once a day for 3-4 days, but there was no improvement; instead, he's condition worsened. Exactly four days later, it stopped eating again. The next day, I gave him medicine and tried to feed him, but he didn’t eat. The following day, I called the clinic because it had completely stopped eating and was lying down all day. After giving it medicine, he started vomiting from noon onwards. I was told to bring him in the evening. But since it kept vomiting repeatedly, I called again and said if he needs any tests, please do them; if he needs to be admitted, please do so. But just giving medicine isn’t helping. The person on the phone said, "Okay, fine. If he needs any tests today, we will do them." I called again to ask if the doctor had arrived. While waiting until evening, my baby’s condition became very critical. He stopped moving, vomited blood, and couldn’t even lift its head. Seeing its condition, I panicked. When I took him to the clinic, the doctor said, "Oh no, he's condition is very critical. I told you to bring him back after two days if the medicine didn’t work." Then he said he has jaundice; he's eyes and ears have turned yellow. Shee started treatment, saying, "If he survives the next two days, he will live." She gave him drips and many injections, telling me to buy glucose for him in case he doesn’t eat and to feed him without water. Seriously?? How do I feed glucose without water? I asked. She replied, "Do not give him water. If he drinks, he will vomit." Then I took him home. There was no improvement; only the vomiting stopped. Then, the next morning, he passed away. 😞😞 I want to know one thing. After all these days, when he was sick and losing weight, and I had to keep taking him back repeatedly, didn’t they think even once that he needed a test? I insisted on a test at the end, but by then, it was too late. I followed every instruction given by the doctor exactly. Was that my mistake, which caused my baby to die? I trusted them a lot, but now I realize that was my biggest mistake.
