the best of cilinik in Raipur because just a few days ago I had my dog ​​(Simbha) who had parvo virus and the condition of my Simbha was very bad but due to the hard work of Dr and staff, today my Simbha is absolutely fine, so thanks to Dr Sir and all the staff.

Space is a bit cramped up with not much space for the pet to move etc, at least once a day update on the admitted pet's recovery/progress videos showing the injections, dressing, walking or feeding etc needs attention (with smartphones in every hand it's not a real big deal). The owners may like to train/instruct the attending & billing staff for a more pet parent sensitive approach.

I visited Raipur branch on 13 july for my kitten's checkup as she was wounded but nobody attended her and even didn't cleaned her wounds on my request. Staff there was very rude and just advised me to clean her with warm water at home. They prescribed an eye drop for her and charged the clinic fees without attending the pet. Worst experience
