Oh, where do I even begin with this clinic? Let's start with the doctor—undoubtedly one of the finest disappointments in town. And the receptionist? A true masterclass in apathy. She’s got laziness down to an art form, barely lifting a finger to acknowledge anyone's existence. Hard to believe people like this are the ones "saving" and "treating" dogs, right? The clinic advertises "best-in-class services"—which must be code for no service at all. As for the doctor’s bedside manner? Nonexistent. He’s just there to collect a paycheck, not give a care. And don’t even get me started on the 600-rupee report they hand over—frankly, I could sue, but what’s the point? We all know the law here is just as absent as customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a real clinic where they’re interested in treating animals—not your wallet.

Very important review to read- This Doctor (Dr. Gupta) is shameless, have done many wrong treatments and due to which we parents have lost our furry babies. Firstly, he doesn’t know how to talk and always keep his mind in making money. Secondly, he doesn’t have proper rooms for treatments. If we notice all the comments which are against his wishes then his reply on those comments are “If you want to afford best in class services and facilities,you have to spend money for any thing ,keep in your mind as well for better understanding of this world”… this is his reply on comments… After giving hefty amounts he still couldn’t saved our child. He treated wrongfully and due to which we lost him. The lack of thoroughness and attention to detail was evident, and it is heartbreaking to think that my dog's suffering could have been prevented with more attentive and competent care. Losing a pet is incredibly difficult, and knowing that it may have been avoidable makes it even more painful. I strongly urge others to seek a second opinion if they feel uncertain about the care their pet is receiving. Pets rely on us to advocate for them, and in this case, Dr. Gupta did not provide the level of care that any pet deserves. HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE CANCELED FOR LIFETIME. Tearful and heartbreaking review by a Pet parents Google doesn’t have negative ratings. I would have given that.

If you really care about your pet visit some other vet who's interested in treating pets. This guy is a proper businessman he would find hundreds ways of charging you, he doesn't even care about pets. He did't gave antibiotics to my cat after surgery and i had to visit several times because the stiches got infected and he charged heavily everytime even for dressing and cleaning. Overcharges for basically everything, don't know how to talk to people, he'll change his statements every 2 minutes and if something goes wrong in treatment he won't even accept his mistake or tell us what went wrong he'll blame you that you didn't took care of your pet. I had to visit 3 times after the surgery because of his carelessness and unclear instructions and ofcourse medicines that had 0 effect. Finally then i went to another vet who treated my cat in just 1 week. But whole procedure had to be done again with many more incisions and sutures because dr gupta only knows surgery and not post surgery healing treatments. His other staff are alright but that receptionist she's really hopeless she has mastered the art of laziness called us to clinic at 10am and she arrived at 10:40am. Don't even bother to talk to you or hear you, i don't know what's she doing there. Won't pick up calls most of the time she'd tell you that doctor is busy right now and she'll definitely call back once he's free I waited 3 days not even a single call.

He is no different than a money making machine. All he cares about is money. He'll keep the pet alive until he warms his pockets and asks to take your pet home and says "send video" while your pet is dying.
