I went because of the high rating they have on google search. I have a feeling that these ratings have been given by their friends and family. I have a Shihtzu, a toy breed, who's highly energetic and hyper. I have taken her to other groomers and they have managed to calm her with care and love. She has never needed to resort to biting ever. The guy who was claiming to be the top groomer of the country clipped her nails to the vein and she bled for a day intermittently. She has red marks from the shaver used on her on her sensitive areas too. And has refused to eat or play thanks to the stress he gave her (and had the audacity to tell me it's because of us) he tied her mouth with a string and only when we caught him did he use a proper muzzle. This was the first time that my little one ever wore one and he wasn't taking any care to calm her. He was in a hurry and kept saying by now she would've been on her way home.
Had taken my golden retriever to her for grooming. She is very affectionate and warm towards the pets. Loved her style of grooming!
One of the best groomer’s I have ever taken my Shihtzu and golden retriever to. The owner is too polite and handles the dogs very well. The service was amazing.I am more than satisfied.

The groomer specially Priyanka is full of spark and joyous in nature...she takes care of our pets like if its her and groom her so well which is astonished.
