Only focus is on making money. They tell you the approximate cost to be something and give the bill of double amount. A doctor suggested me to go for a better antibiotic injection which was already 4 times the avg medicine and said it will cost around 600. But when bill arrived it was 1200. I revisited your clinic only because it is close to my home and my cat gets extremely stressed during long travel — not because of any “excellent treatment.” We genuinely had no other option in that moment. Your clinic is hygienic and some staff members are very cooperative, and I appreciate that. But what we needed was clear and transparent communication, which we did not receive. When I was told the injection would cost around ₹600, I even prepared for a bill of about ₹900. That was the expectation set by your own doctor. So when the actual bill came, I naturally questioned it. And what surprised me even more was the receptionist telling me that I should have confirmed with her, because “doctors just say anything for the price.” If that’s the case, then it’s a serious internal issue — not the client’s responsibility. Why would I reconfirm the price when it has already been given to me by the doctor treating my pet? It’s not the customer’s job to double-check whether your own team is giving correct information. And regarding discounts — you’ve never given any discount to us, so please don’t misrepresent that part. This time too, it genuinely felt like you were trying to increase the bill amount beyond what was communicated. That is exactly why transparency matters. I hope you take this as constructive feedback instead of deflecting it. Clear pricing and consistent communication are the least a pet parent expects, especially when we trust you with our animals.

CHEATERS! The clinic is responsible for the death of 3 of my cats. In April 2025, my family took our cats to this Eva Vets clinic for treatment. They admitted them but the veterinarians here were totally ignorant. The doctors only focus on rare breed dogs as the money comes from there. My poor cats were suffering from calicivirus, which the vets at the clinic were unable to detect. They simply put them under a glucose drip. The doctors were clueless about the treatment and also, they were not at all interested. One male veterinarian didn't even cared to see them despite our multiple requests. The whole focus of the clinic was to make a hefty bill. No proper treatment was given to my cats yet I had to spend around Rs 25,000 at this clinic. We just waited at the clinic and saw our cats dying helplessly. We might have lost even more cats had we continued trusting Eva Vets. But luckily we came in contact with an NGO, who without charging any hefty fees cured our cats and helped them get rid of calicivirus. The veterinarians at EVA Vets didn't even knew that because of calicivirus, ulcers are formed inside the cat's mouth. Sometimes it felt that we were guiding them in regards to the treatment and not vice-versa. A few years ago, the clinic focused on every animal equally but after expanding themselves, the focus has been on pets that require costly treatment. I was an old client of Eva Vets but now I won't take my pets there ever.

Every visit to this pet hospital turns a stressful situation into a calming and reassuring experience. The doctors are extremely caring and treat pets with so much love and patience. A special mention to Shubham, who always makes sure to share the prescription on WhatsApp after every check-up and reminds us about vaccination schedules and medicine deadlines. This level of care and follow-up truly makes a difference. My dogs Mallow, Kanchi, and Fifa are always in safe and loving hands. Highly recommended.
