I left my indie cat with coos and claws for 15 days, they kept her like one of their own cats and cared for her. Their service is excellent do recommend it.
We left our cat here for 2 days and he was taken care properly. They also kept sharing his pics with us. We are happy that our Alex was safe with them.
extremely unprofessional, they confirmed my booking, and no one turned up. No response to follow ups either when I called and messaged to enquire. I am thankful that they didn’t turn up because if they’re so unprofessional,I’m not sure how would they handle my pet
terrible experience.My pet was very uncomfortable n cried a lot when bathing.He got eyes n ear infection becoz of careless treatment and kept crying continuously whole night even after two visits to the vet. We had to take him to the emergency room and got a steroid injection for the pain. Now its been 2 days and he is on antibiotics and painkillers and still very uncomfortable. They sent very unexperienced staff and when contacted again after grooming, they never replied or refunded the money.
