I recently boarded my two lovely Pitbulls Pepper and Damon, at this amazing pet boarding facility “The Bark House”, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! While it was Pepper's second visit, it was Damon's first time. However, the team went above and beyond to ensure both dogs were well taken care of and loved during their stay. One of the things that impressed me the most was the regular video updates I received. It was so reassuring to see my fur babies having a great time and being well looked after. This meant I could relax and enjoy my time away without worrying about them. The staff's attention to detail and genuine love for animals was evident from the moment I dropped them off. Pepper and Damon were treated like family, and I could tell they loved every minute of it. I also opted for their grooming services for my pets, and they came back squeaky clean and well pampered! I highly recommend this pet boarding facility to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and fun environment for their furry friends. The only place where I can blindly trust and send my pet for boarding is The Bark House. They take such good care of the pets not because they have to but because they want to. That legit makes a huge difference. They take care of each and every pet like their own which is exactly what every pet owner needs and expects. From picking up my pet from home to feeding her, her favourite meal on time, to bathing her and doing such an amazing photoshoot they excel at every single thing that they do. Leaving our dogs at a boarding house for the first time was emotionally difficult for us, especially since one of them is highly anxious, and they have never been away from us before. But from the very beginning, The Bark House, handled both, our dogs, and us, with extraordinary patience, kindness, and professionalism. What reassured us most were the daily videos and photographs. Seeing our dogs eating well, playing happily, and being calmly cared for made a world of difference. The dogs were introduced slowly and thoughtfully to other boarders, playtime was always supervised, and every instruction we gave—including supplements and routines—was followed with care and attention. The infrastructure and upkeep deserve a special mention. The stay spaces and cement runs are clean, and clearly cared for at all times. There is ample open space for dogs to run, play, and explore, which makes a huge difference to their comfort and mental well-being. It never once felt cramped or chaotic—everything was structured, safe, and calm. What moves us even more is seeing our dogs come back more confident, calmer, and less startled than before. That kind of change speaks volumes about the care they received. The Bark House strikes a rare and beautiful balance: a lot of heart, backed by solid professionalism. My cats were the first occupants at Barkhouse's cat boarding facility. First of all the cat space is one of the best I have seen. It's made with so many engagement toys for the cats. Considering my cats are of very different personalities, they were looked after very well. The team there also created a relationship with them over the days. The team also sent multiple videos and pictures throughout the day which helped me be at peace. They followed all the instructions to the T too. Would definitely recommend this place.
