Hi I would like to give 5* based on certain things. Appointment: They follow very good time management and no wait . Initial consultation: A vetinary surgeon check first to make sure puppy is good to go for cleaning mainly they look for vaccination details..which is good for both sides. Grooming : Mr kumar did the cut i personally Appreciate his patience Offer: I took the offer from them. A special offer for 700rs . Overall i am very satisfied with this facility

I think 1 star is also high. They don't deserve a star. My cat was bitten by a street dog and I called up and fixed an appointment. My appointment was fixed and when I reached there, the only doctor available was busy with another pet. I waited for an hour and took my pet to Government Veterinary Hospital in Thudiyalur and got excellent treatment. I paid nothing and the lady doctor there was really good. Sanchu is not worth it's hype. They are chronically understaffed and you will waste a lot of your time waiting. Grooming services are not what they promise on their website. Teeth cleaning is promised, but they don't do unless you fight for it. They promise home visit, but when you call them, they simply refuse stating they have no doctors available. I am disappointed.

Worst service ever. These people don't know how to handle the pets. They pull the tail & handle them very badly that the pets screaming. All the customers came there looking at their online reviews and everyone was fighting with the management. Never go there. Theirs reviews are looking fake. Looking like paid promotions. None of the customers visited there while I was there was happy with their service. Also price is too high compared to other pet clinics.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way my pet was treated during the recent grooming appointment at your hospital. I had booked an appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived at 12:45 PM. When I asked about the delay, the receptionist told me to wait but never mentioned it would take 45 minutes. Later, she rudely claimed she had already informed me, which was not true. Since I could not wait that long, I agreed to board my pet for 45 minutes and was asked to pay ₹60 for boarding. When I went to leave my pet in the boarding area, there was no fan or light turned on. I had to request your staff to switch them on. I also had to remind them to provide water for my pet. I was clearly told that I would receive a call once grooming was completed. However, I did not receive any call even after 4:30 PM. When I called, I was told they would confirm in 10 minutes. After calling again, I was informed grooming was “about to finish” and that I could collect my pet by 6:00 PM. This was extremely confusing since it had already been more than four hours. When I went there immediately, my pet was brought out without grooming. It was clear that your staff had completely forgotten about my pet. He had not been groomed and had not been properly cared for during those hours. This is completely unacceptable. So I took back my pet without grooming to my home What hurt me the most was that when I brought my pet home, he rushed desperately for water and food. It was very clear that he had not been given proper care. Seeing him like that made me feel extremely bad and guilty for trusting your facility. When I asked for surveillance footage, I was told the cameras were not working, which raises serious concerns. I also spoke to the manager and explained everything, but apart from a simple apology, no proper action has been taken, and I have not received the promised follow-up call. Despite their clear mistake and extremely poor behavior, they even refused to accept the ₹60 boarding fee that I was about to pay. This further shows the lack of accountability and professionalism at your facility. As pet owners, we leave our pets at a hospital believing they will be safe, cared for, and treated responsibly. The negligence, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior shown by your staff are unacceptable. I expect a proper explanation, accountability, and appropriate action for this incident

I don’t have enough words to thank Sanchu Animal Hospital 24hrs for giving my beloved pet Leo a second life. Leo, my 8-year-old Pitbull, was suffering from a tumor, and his condition was very serious. We were scared and helpless, as it required a very difficult and major surgery. In that critical moment, Dr. Balsaraswathi mam, Karthi, and the entire team stood by us with courage, confidence, and so much kindness. Dr. Balsaraswathi mam performed the surgery with incredible skill and care. She treated Leo not just as a patient, but like her own child. Every step was handled with dedication, patience, and a truly loving heart. Because of her and her amazing team, Leo is alive today. This hospital is not just a clinic — it is a place where pets are genuinely loved and lives are saved. I will be forever thankful to this team for giving my Leo back to me.
