The care given to my pet was exceptional. I truly appreciated the daily updates on their meals. When my pet developed a minor illness, the regular updates and the compassionate care provided during recovery were truly heartwarming.

The best and safe place for our furry babies. At first, we were also scared because it was his first swim. But the trained staff handled him very well. The play area, swimming pool everything was super neat and clean. My baby Doni got adopted to this place and he was super happy, even we were surprised by that behavior... The place is wonderful for dog parents... the owner, vishwa thambi is such a gem of a person when it comes to the care given to the pets left here. The pool is awesome and the overall cleanliness of the place is top notch. Every pet parent shud try the pool atleast once.

The boarding facility with cctv access and care given to my dog was exceptional. Thank you so much Vishwa for replying to all my queries and worries on time. A big thanks to the staff at Trees and Tails for the way they took care of my dog and for the timely updates. I am very happy with how comfortable and well looked after my dog was at the boarding.
