Customer service from staff "bakyaraj" Was terrible he treats customers like beggars but owner and other staffs are behaving good, Cost was High but quality comes with Cost, I am really a fan of this shop owner was very friendly and humble, he clearly explains about every fishes, Tropical and marine fishes also Available, first I was having only one fish tank after going to this aquarium I am having 9 fish tanks.

Looking good but worst in price. Especially the old man with specs told different different price for the same product with in two different days. While purchasing 40 cm tank they asking initially just 100rs for background black sticker, with in next two days they asking for the same tank 300rs. I'm really shocked. That time I decided,here after I never want to go to that shop. For that 300 rs that old specs man arguing.....I think he leve their conscience in their home while go to aquarium shop.

They have many varieties of fishes, and also very friendly on suggesting ideas on tank setup based on the client wish. I asked for a simple and natural look. I just loved the small tank setup which they suggested me. Thankyou aquapets

First time I had selected unique shaped elephant stones..they sold to some one..they took as granted.. even after this incident I went to that shop.. actually I went inside,saw fishes and I spent nearly 10 minutes..but no sales men came to me and asked about my needs.. I asked them about that..no response.. customer response is first..so guys avoid them.. there are many beautiful aquarium shops in city..u can search for that..
