"I booked a grooming appointment for my Pomeranian at Sana’s Hospital, mainly because of their offer and the door pick‑up/drop service. They picked up my pet at 12 PM but returned him only by 4:50 PM, even though they had assured delivery by 2:30 PM while booking. I had clearly opted for a medium cut, but they shaved him to a zero cut without taking my consent. This was very upsetting for our family and has emotionally affected our pet, who is still crying and uncomfortable. Ear cleaning was also missed initially and done only after we pointed it out. They mentioned matting in the fur, but such decisions should always be taken with the pet parent’s approval. We love our pets like family, and consent is extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and my pet unhappy."
