This Coimbatore kennel is ranked among the poorest. First, they alleged losing our puppy, and now they propose replacing it. Siva, the owner, demonstrates negligence and denies any errors. Once, upon returning our puppy from the kennel, it consumed almost 1.5 liters of water, implying potential negligence in feeding and hydrating the dogs there. I wholeheartedly discourage leaving your puppy under their supervision… A own message to Dream pets… I’d like to start by saying we said in the review that the owner proposed replacing it but actually didn’t replace the dog. Second, When we came over to the place you guys lied about our dog having rabies which at that time was impossible since SHE was like 6months old and we take her to the vet every month to get injections. And the staff working there never said anything about dog biting a person and escaping since you also said you guys tried to leash the dog free but when you did it ran away in a hole that was too small for it at that time. The only thing I would agree in this message is that the fact dogs can get thirsty and drinking water which I can agree with. Also you guys didn’t return the dog as we put posters near your place and someone 5 minutes away from your place said they had it. We paid ₹5000 to get the dog back. Thank you for your understanding but the person who wrote this review wasn’t being very honest so that’s why I had to write a message back😊

I went out of town so I left my pet dog ​​here. They took good care of him.Not only that, they sent me regular video updates of my pet dog ​​every day.They took care of my pet very hygienic and clean. My dog was very happy here. They responsed very politely whenever I called. Comfortable place for pet boarding with reasonable charges.
