I recently visited Blue Plus Pet Hospital for my one-year-old male cat, Nemo, after he was bitten on his front left leg by an unknown cat. The wound began oozing after a couple of days, and his appetite dropped, so I reached out to the hospital during their lunch hour. Even then, after hearing the situation, they asked me to come immediately and gave me an appointment right away. As soon as I reached, Dr. Mohammed and his assistant Shekhar began the treatment without delay. This was Nemo’s first vet visit, so he was scared at first, but they handled him with amazing patience and confidence. They cleaned the wound thoroughly, applied medication, and gave the first ARV (anti-rabies vaccine) dose since the bite came from an unknown cat. I was also given an antibiotic spray to continue applying at home. Three days later, I returned for the second ARV dose. I got an instant appointment again. Surprisingly, Nemo walked in calmly this time — a clear sign of how comfortable the doctor made him feel during the first visit. The doctor checked the wound again and confirmed it was healing well before administering the second dose. Over the next 2–3 days, with regular wound care, the healing reached almost 80%, with just a tiny part left to close. What truly impressed me was that the hospital called me proactively after the second dose to check on Nemo: how he was eating, how the wound was healing, and whether he was active. I’ve never experienced this level of follow-up from a pet clinic before, and it genuinely showed their dedication and empathy. A few highlights from my experience: Dr. Mohammed is young, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Shekhar’s assistance was excellent, especially in handling my cat gently but firmly. Immediate appointments, even during lunch hours. WhatsApp communication made things smooth and easy. Genuine empathy, follow-up calls, and thoughtful care. The clinic is well-equipped and also offers pet care products. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience, and I’ll definitely be a regular with them for Nemo’s future needs.
