They did a great job with my gsd. He is an introvert who doesn't gel with strangers that soon. But they took care of him for 3 hours. Make an appointment before you visit them.

I would not recommend this place at all. I took my Shih Tzu for grooming, and they not only cut his hair unevenly but also hurt his eyes. When we asked about it, they claimed his eyes were already injured when we brought him in. Please avoid taking your pets there.

I don't have an option to put zero star for this Horrible Experience – Negligent and Inhumane Treatment so giving one star. I took my 8-month-old dog to this pet spa for grooming, with an appointment scheduled at 11 AM. Upon entering the grooming area, I was shocked to see how chaotic and poorly managed the place was. There were five dogs being attended to by only two staff members — two dogs were being bathed, two others were being groomed, and another was left half-trimmed. The place was clearly understaffed, and it was alarming to see how disorganized everything was. When discussing the grooming instructions with the staff, I emphasized specific trimming requests. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the groomer was dismissive and insisted trimming wasn’t needed, leaving me speechless. They also tried to upsell services by saying certain things weren’t included in the package. I agreed to pay extra, but the dismissive attitude was unacceptable. We left our dog at 11:20 AM and were given no indication of when the grooming would be completed. After 3 hours without a single update, we returned to find out the grooming still wasn’t finished. The staff argued about my dog having tangles, which I firmly refuted since we regularly brush her coat. They continued making excuses, showing zero urgency or accountability. When we finally got our dog back after another delay, the staff admitted they were so understaffed that one of the receptionists had to help with grooming. Worse, they said my dog wasn’t allowing her head to be trimmed. This was suspicious, and upon inspection, we noticed redness in her eye — clear evidence that scissors or some object had made contact. Panicked, we confronted the management who is the son of the shop, but he irresponsibly dismissed it as “cherry eye” and claimed it had been there before. We took the groomer to the veterinarian immediately, and the vet confirmed it was conjunctival hemorrhage caused by trauma, likely from scissors or a blunt object. The vet warned that any additional pressure could have caused a corneal scratch, leading to vision loss. Thankfully, the injury wasn’t worse, but this negligence was unforgivable. Despite our family confronting them with evidence, the groomer and the staff showed no humanity, empathy, or accountability. My dog was traumatized, exhausted, and inactive for hours after this ordeal. This experience was mentally and emotionally draining for my entire family. To make matters worse, the shop’s inhumane attitude continued even after the incident. They accepted far more appointments than they could handle, knowing full well they were understaffed, and treated our concerns with complete disregard. If you care about your pet’s safety and well-being, DO NOT take your dog to this spa. The negligence, lack of professionalism, and complete absence of basic decency make this place an absolute nightmare. I condemn their practices and hope no other pet parent has to go through such a harrowing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this grooming shop, especially considering it was for a young puppy. First of all, the place and hygiene were very poor. The bathtub used for bathing was extremely dirty, with visible dirt and residue. This is very concerning because puppies have low immunity, and such unhygienic conditions can easily lead to infections or skin problems. Secondly, the blow dryer used was very harsh. The air pressure felt too strong and uncomfortable, especially for a baby puppy. And the handling was very rough. The groomer was too harsh while combing the puppy’s ears, which is unacceptable for a baby dog. Grooming young pups requires a lot of gentleness and care, which was clearly lacking here. We chose this place only because we were traveling near Coimbatore and needed a nearby option. However, after this experience, it makes me seriously question the authenticity of the many positive reviews, as they do not match the actual service provided. Overall, I would not recommend this place for puppies. Hygiene, safety, and gentle handling are basic requirements in pet grooming, and unfortunately, this shop did not meet those standards.

Just amazing. The way they handle the pets and the kind of product use for service is amazing. Owner is very experienced and pet loving person. Their quality of pet grooming and products are just amazing. We are very happy.
