Big place for pets... perhaps no 1 in Coimbatore...good collection of petfood items, toys and accessories

I really loved kovaipets carnival coimbatore. I m so excited to put this review ,I got my new member in my family 2 weeks back he is a lashapso breed and we named him Shibu and now I m so happy to see his growth and we trusted kovaipets carnival and they stood by it 100% . I was so happy with the way they kept the puppies there ,the puppies were kept in shelter and was so HYGIENIC.Still now the shop answers my minor queries and doubts that was good as for a first time dog buyer .

I am deeply disappointed with the Kovai Pet Carnival shop in Coimbatore. I purchased a white, blue-eyed Persian cat, specifically requested to be male and healthy. The shop owner assured me the cat met all my standards. Within days, I realized the cat was completely unresponsive to sound, and the vet confirmed he was deaf. When I contacted the shop, the owner claimed ignorance and only offered to exchange the cat—completely disregarding the emotional bond we had already formed. After a month, a vet clarified the cat was female, not male, as I had requested. This experience proved the shop lacks transparency, honesty, and empathy towards animals and customers. Pets are not commodities to be swapped—they are living beings. Please be cautious when considering this shop for your pet needs.

I came here for my beagle's product purchase saw them online and decided to visit as it claimed one of the big showroom for pets .They had some good collection of lab puppies and hamsters were there and it was nice to see them .Great variety of pet needs. Those labrador pups were kept under SEPARATE FAN and the shop had planned a beautiful place for them to be showcased ..the pets diaplayed had SEPARATE SHEDS and were kept inside the shop not on roads ..they were so protected .I loved the experience in this shop.I would love to visit again to play with those pets and birds out there and most importantly they were all CLEAN
