I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I brought my pet green conure in for urgent treatment due to egg binding, as it had been lethargic and not eating for the past two days, making its condition critical. Upon arrival, I inquired about the availability of a doctor for consultation. The receptionist asked me to wait, and I did so for almost 30 minutes without any progress. After repeatedly asking for an update, I was told to wait just another 5 minutes each time. In total, I waited for over an hour without any clear communication regarding the delay. Eventually, I was informed that the consultation would take longer, but this should have been communicated much earlier when I first inquired. The lack of transparency and the extended wait time made this a very frustrating experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and the disregard for the urgency of my pet’s condition.

Had the worst experience with them. 2 years back, I had taken my pet to them for consultation as it had not eaten well & was vomiting blood. They had done tests & said he would be normal , nothing to worry about. His condition worsened & two days later I had taken my pet to another clinic where he was diagnosed with cancer. Also a few days back, I had taken a rather normal dog to them for regular check up & vaccination, they took blood tests & said he was critical & needed to take advanced tests which would cost 3000 more. I refused to do so as I found it little suspicious . The dog is normal now, touch wood.

Very poor response even if your pet is in emergency. When no care then you cannot expect the expected service or quality

I had a very bad experiences with JP Pet hospital for dog day care. For the past three days was out of town. So I searched for the best day care hospital in Coimbatore.Everyone who is in search of good hospital will only known by previous reviews. I searched like that.But it was very awful experience with JP Pet hospital. They were not keeping the dog places clean. I don't what they done to my dog.After getting my dog from them, My dog was not like as I given to them thee days before. I saw many blood strains on his faces, legs, mainly ear was teared. By seeing these marks we came to know my pet was not well treated.Here I share the photos of my pet.Don't give your lovable pet in this day care.
