Awesome hospital with all amenities . Dr. Shiva Kumar makes you feel comfortable and takes due effort to make the pet parent familiar with the line of treatment.
Took my pet there for Tick fever and their negligence almost cost his life. When questioned the doctor had the gall to say “I forgot”. We ended up spending 25k and they almost let my pet die. Thankfully took him to another vet clinic doubting them and they told the treatment they gave was less than the bare minimum. Do not take your pet here if you care about them.
Our dog recently received a medicinal bath at the clinic. The caregivers were very courteous to him and took their time to help him relax before giving him a bath. It took over 30 to 45 minutes to wash and dry, more food and toys for your pets are available here, along with a few supplements. My only recommendation is that it would be beneficial to maintain a somewhat hygienic and orderly bathing sink area. Just a general recommendation (I realize it's challenging because it's a pet clinic).
Never expected my new born puppy had suffered from bleeding in her stomach and sewied by the doctor. After that we tried to contact the the doctor over cell phone but they are avoiding. Very bad experience. God is great. I am thinking it's not my dog my family member. Still she crying due to strich. But doctor didn't give the pain killing tablet. God please save another animal like my puppy suffered.
I visited this veterinary hospital for my pet’s persian cat Simba infection under the left ear. The doctor examined carefully, cleaned the area, and started proper treatment immediately. They explained the reason for the infection and how to take care at home. Within a few days, the wound started healing well. Very kind and professional doctor — I’m really happy with their care and service. my 50-day-old female puppy, Chaco, for her first hospital visit. The doctor was very gentle and friendly with her. They explained clearly about vaccination, deworming, and diet for puppies. The staff handled Chaco carefully, and she was very comfortable throughout the visit. I’m really happy with the care and guidance given — highly recommend this hospital for new pet parents! 🐾❤️🐕
