This clinic is worst for birds, I am not sure for other pets. Kindly do not take your pet here, as they are good at only stating the reasons for which the bird might be sick rather than finding the actual root cause and it's treatment. They do not have any facilities to find out the birds issue. Taking your pet here is equivalent to spending your money for your bird's death with unwanted medicines. Rather please please kindly consult for your sick bird with a bird breeder or pet shop or a pet clinic that has facilities like xrays for birds like JP clinic - as they could give you accurate reason for your pet to be ill and it's treatment. Kindly remember to take action at the earliest as a bird shows symptoms of illness only at the last stage, wherein you are left with little time alone for its saving. Do not waste your bird's precious time at this clinic and let it die

Best Place for Veternary... Good Doctor in place

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff seemed completely unaware of the doctor’s whereabouts, and every time I asked, they gave the same vague response that the doctor was ‘on the way’ or ‘near the hospital’—even after an hour had passed. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pet hospital based on my visit

The Doctor is extremely kind and compassionate towards animals. Very prompt and professional service, thanks to the timely treatment. Truely grateful for the care provided.
