The owner's behavior is very unprofessional and rude. There is a clear lack of basic knowledge and customer handling skills. When approached with genuine concerns, the response was disrespectful and careless. There was no courtesy or responsibility shown in any part of the interaction. Worst shop I ever seen today also next he proofed, cage we bought in his shop, but pug dog we bought was died due improper guidance till now he don't gave any replacement for that, very poor experience
