Hi, am extremely honoured to share my experience with this wonderful doctor who helped treating our dear daughter Kiki ( sun conure ) who needed help with her nails and allergies. The doctor was very caring and humble and patient enough to look into every single detail. She gave her time and undivided attention to our bird and diagnosed every problem she faced. My 10 year old girl baby who is aspiring to become a veterinarian one day has been inspired by the doctors love and care for the animals that am only blessed to have encountered one such human. Please visit her to treat any pet who have for she is very knowledgeable and would help u with every problem. We always loved birds, so when we adopted our cockatiel, Alexa, we were heartbroken to notice swelling under her right foot pad. It wasn’t severely impairing at first, but it did slightly affect her gait. After a bit of research, we discovered she was suffering from bumblefoot (pododermatitis), likely caused by poor diet and the unsanitary living conditions at the pet store. The condition had left the skin on her feet dry and vulnerable, making it easy for bacteria to enter and cause swelling. We were worried as there generally aren't many vets for birds as there are for other pets. Fortunately we found out about Saran’s Pet Hospital. After a quick examination, the doctor put together a treatment plan involving antibiotics, multivitamins, and antimicrobial (povidone-iodine & zinc oxide) creams, which we administered daily. While the medicines helped, the hard yellow pus under her skin wasn’t clearing up on its own. On the doctor's advice, I later carefully made a small incision underneath Alexa's feet to flush and clean the hard pus before applying the ointment. Although I was nervous about doing this surgery myself, but thankfully, with proper care and patience, it all worked out well. Thereafter, we regularly cleansed her wound, gave her warm baths, kept her well-fed, applied povidone iodine. Now it has been a month, Alexa has recovered beautifully. She’s healthier, happier, and more energetic than ever. 🤞❤️ We are thankful to the doctor for guiding us along the way during Alexa's treatment and providing appropriate medicines. May god bless.

Highly Recommended Veterinary Hospital I have two kittens who unfortunately fell sick one after the other, and the care they received here was excellent. Both the vets were gentle, patient, and genuinely kind, loved the way they spoke to our cats… They also have proper diagnostic facilities; blood tests, microbiological screenings, and detailed assessments that really helped us understand what was going on. They clearly explained all of our doubts.. Both of my cats are now in much better condition, and I truly credit the team for their care. They also have a wide range of pet treats, toys, supplies, and essential items, which makes it very convenient for pet owners. They also have pet boarding and it feels safe to board the pets here since it’s handled by the vets themselves.. Overall, this is a place that combines professional medical standards with warmth and compassion. As someone from the healthcare field, I deeply appreciate the quality of care they provide.
