Came here for grooming my Shihtzu. The groomer listened to my instructions and did the job perfectly. Yes, the cost of grooming and bathing service here is on the higher side. But the way they do the job and the items which they use - shampoo, conditioner, etc are all premium items. The overall result on my dog was Excellent. I bought few items as well over here which were good. The Staff were kind and provided a good service.

This place is good for both, the pets and the pet parents. The groomer listened to the needs and did a good job. The groomer's pet handling was gentle and took great care of my pets. The way the handled the pets showed patience and love for pets. The staffs were good and provided great service. Had a great experience.

As always, the staff were more than helpful. The options were umpteenth and the best part is that you could see lil ones roaming around.

HUFT service is great. Visited this location twice the apparels collection was good. Grooming service is highly recommendable. But its expensive and premium brand for pets :)

My cat’s 3 paws are bleeding, they chopped off her entire nail on the front right paw, it’s swollen and bleeding, having to rush to the vet. Hind two paws are bleeding too. They had the audacity to tell me that the injury is there from before. After speaking to the manager he said he will come to the vet and see what is the issue to support us but that won’t stop my cats bleeding and injury right? Never coming back here. Update: they never called to check on what they have done with my poor pet. Just took their money and happily causing injury
