My pet had severe pyometra with systemic infection, and I tried many clinics for treatment but without success. Then, through a friend, I came to know about this clinic. My pet was successfully treated, and surgery was performed by Dr. Girijana, Dr. Tamilselvan, and their team. Thank you for your excellent treatment, proper guidance, and the neat, clean, and positive environment.

Please take this seriously. This is one of the worst pet clinics I’ve ever experienced. The clinic appears extremely money-oriented. Every visit results in unnecessary medicines and tonics being prescribed, which do not seem required and feel like they are given purely for profit rather than the pet’s well-being. What was even more disturbing was an incident where I urgently called for a consultation regarding my pet. The response was highly unprofessional and careless. The doctor did not listen to the issue properly, showed no concern, and bluntly said “it’s up to you, I can’t do anything,” before hanging up the call. This level of negligence and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially when it comes to animal care. I would strongly advise pet parents to think twice before trusting this clinic with their pets’ health.

Complete money minded clinic I taken my cat for an check up just touched and told given medicine. Now she is suffering a lot. No proper investigation or checking the pet. Not even a battery backup is there. When power off they keep pets outside and treating them. Requesting to avoid this clinic for your pets fast recovery. After your response still I am not happy the way you guys checked my pet. She suffered a lot because of your money mind. I never saw qlan doctor just looking for 10 to 15 seconds to find a health issues of an pet. I will give 0 ratings now also. I am not writing here to put down your business or i dont have time for that. I taken to an different doctor after 3 days. FYI. You told as an panic and pain in leg. When I taken to an different doctor we found there was an wound in leg got septic and taking treatment now. Kindly spend some mins while checking a pet. As a doctors you all need check and tell to us.

Three days ago, I brought my Siberian Husky to Luna Pet Clinic in a critical condition. Dr. Tamilselvan clearly explained the seriousness of my pet’s condition and treated her with great empathy and care. Now, my pet is out of danger and has started eating well. I am extremely happy and grateful for the wonderful service and dedication shown. Thank you very much, Doctor.
