I regularly take my Scooby for grooming and boarding here. I really loved there service and my Scooby become very friendly to them even it is far away from my plc but still I prefer to travel there and even Scooby doesn't allow anyother person other than the people in Dirty Pets. Thank u so much ❤️❤️❤️
Actually it should not be named as dirty petz it is actually named as dirty place, full untrained proffesionals, its like booth banglow, two newly joined groomers, i dont know how they became as grommers, uncleaned lunch napkins and they say it as towels, totally un hygine. I went last week it was full and full dirty, i dont know how it was before and how it got 4.5 rating, always be with your pets when you put your pet with groomers i have seen many many times what they face with un trained grooomers
My regular groomer was sick and I had to take up an alternate. I chose this considering it is in Velachery.The handlers were not experienced and was not able to handle my Shitzu who is little aggressive. Hence I felt the work was not completely done like toe nail grinding, ear cleaning, proper private parts cleaning for the package cost. Also the very next day my pet started having heavy itching and rashes. Not sure if it was due to the shampoo or the new packaged wet food I gave. I do not want to jump into conclusion
Very very fraudulent and greedy owner. My pet was tied to the same table where I left him and came after 24 hours. Even the knot remained as is after 24 hours. They change rates as per their wish and that too after the service. Never ever after this time, This is the second time , I shouldn't have done this. Pathetic experience. Sorry my boy , I will not do this to you again.
