Treatment: Ongoing but so far so good Problem: Tick fever Cleanliness: Great Doctors and Staff: Friendly, Skilled, Active Diagnosis: Pretty quick Cost: Found it a bit costly (So far I Spent approx 20K for 4 days of treatment & medicines. Not so sure if the cost is reasonable) Availability: A bit busy but less waiting Parking : Roadside Free parking Special thanks to the duty Veterans. It seems they are from Andhra so it was easy for me to express CoCo's situation in Telugu.

To : owner Worst hospital ever. I've never seen such money-minded people. Why are you running a hospital using an animal’s name just to earn money? Yes, it's a private hospital—I understand that, and we can afford it—but my frustration is with the way you're handling things. You didn't even provide proper treatment—just kept the patient in an incubator for 20 minutes and charged ₹1000 when the actual fee is ₹600. On top of that, you're charging for gloves, which the hospital should be able to afford. I’ve been to better hospitals that provide far superior service. Please be kind, not arrogant. You charged me a huge amount. I’m seriously considering filing a case in the consumer court. I have full evidence. Initially, you gave a bill without the hospital seal, and only after I raised my voice did the staff exchange it for a proper one. Please shut down your hospital if you're just running a money-making business in the name of animals. This is the worst experience. God will surely teach you a lesson.I saw the comments too, and they were so frustrating, arrogant, and rude To the arrogant hospital You didn’t even analyze the cat properly. You just took the cat—yep, thank God I took it to a well-known hospital afterward. They observed the cat thoroughly and treated it properly. But in your hospital, you gave completely different information, saying the condition was critical and that the cat might not survive. Your staff didn’t even know how to handle the cat—they were scared to even touch it. Nothing comes free for us either, and it’s not about the money—it’s about proper treatment. I’m honestly ashamed to even comment on your reply, and I regret ever going to your hospital. I truly believe you’re just running a business to make as much money as possible. This isn’t just me—there are many complaints about your hospital. For us, pets are equal to God. I’m okay with spending money, but at least offer proper treatment. I’m sure karma will hit you back. You claim to be a 24/7 hospital, but 6:20 PM is not midnight—so why speak with such hype? If you're going to charge high, at least be transparent. For example, you charged Rs. 80 for gloves that cost Rs. 30. We can’t afford that kind of markup. Change your hospital name to something more honest—like “Nothing Comes Easy to Us: We’re Money-Minded, Ridiculous People.” Karma will get you. Thanks for your “wonderful” treatment.

I am sharing my experience with Auro pet clinic here . I have raised 4 dogs and my last 3 dogs were under the care of Auro pet clinic . My pitbull “Luna” was attended ever since a pup in this hospital .I took her with complaint of kennel cough . They admitted her for 3 days for medications and nebulisation . She wasn’t getting any better and the doctors took their sweet time to make diagonisis . Even after taking blood tests for so many times even from the start , they failed to give me a valid report . I was with her in the hospital for almost 10 days and my Luna’s health detoriated . Even after repeatedly asking they lied saying she is recovering and will get better but she failed . Even during the last two days they made me buy their new harness and convinced she will get better and only when they knew that she was in her last few hours they broke to me saying her liver isn’t functioning properly and resulted in multiple organ failure and asked me to take her home . That night my Luna crossed the rainbow bridge in so much pain . I trusted them since they have attended to my previous dogs but when I took Luna’s report to other vets they say there was a clear sign from the start they could have given her the right treatment and made her better . I was fooled in their money snatching ideas at the cost of my dear pets life . Please don’t fool the pet parents . I lost her an year back and only now I have the heart to write this here since it impacted me so much to think that inspite of all that I tried to help her she was gone bze of the hospitals negligence .

Worst service. The doctors pretended like they knew me for so long, and was saying “yes yes last time we spoke about it “ kinda stuffs when I was explaining about my old doctor’s suggestions. It was the first time I visited the place, and fortunately the last time i’ll visit

I went to the hospital for curing my pet but nothing worked and it died in vain the next day afternoon. Then what is the use of vetnary doctors and why should I bring it to you and spend thousands for my pet?? I wouldn't recommend this place ever.
