What’s the point of having a 24 hour critical care centre if you’re only open from 8 am? Are doctors allowed to sleep during night shift? Please do not take your loved ones here for anything but vaccinations. None of them have any empathy towards you or your pets. Senior doctors just want to show off to their PGs, and give high doses of outdated medicines to every patient regardless of their health/weight. Complete and utter lethargy from everyone who made us lose our loved one.

The college and hospital campus is joint, a big one. Wasn’t aware pet hospital gets so much footfall. The place was clean and well maintained with skilled staffs and students. The hospital has all necessary equipments and the animals are treated well. All covid necessary measures are taken up with queuing of patients with +1 accompany and few feet distance apart.

Very worst experience They will experient with our dog, my dogs is all good and walking ,we went to MVC and they gave 3 injection and from tha day evening my dog unable to Walk and muscles are become very loose Slowly my dog health declined and died If you love your pet don't even dare go to MVC for Vaccine or general check up also, you might loose your dog Everything is corrupt and negligible in MVC , please stay away from MVC if you love your dog

Small pet clinic starts at 8AM and goes on till 1 PM. The service started promptly. From the security guards, everyone was very polite and helpful. Two queues are made - new registrations and repeat visitors. Once the visiting hours begin, you will be let in and need to pay at the registration counter - here again there are two counters, one for new registrations and one for repeat visitors. Once registered you will be directed to the appropriate consulting room for treatment. There is a weighing machine in the waiting room, ensure you weigh your pet before getting to the consulting room. Overall good experience.

It's an excellent place in terms of knowledge, skill, experience ,expertise, cleanliness and empathy for a suffering animal .Very highly recommended. It has all the departments for veterinary services ,including neurology , hematology, dialysis unit , 24 hrs vet emergency, criticsl care medicine and Geriatric animal care unit , two wings for small and large / zoo animals .It has facilities for all types of imaging ,USG ,ECHO ,ECG,X-Rays,spiral CECT , Endoscopy. Very highly recommended place for for your furry frinds' treatment
