Laika dog training accademy is very professional and caring. I had my German shepherd puppy , Chitti put up for a basic home training for 30 days as residential program. Initially I was a bit worried about the care for my pup, but Laika allowed because to visit my pup every now and then to see the progress. They also share video of traing to each of their paw students. Day by day pups learning ability grow up and I am happy to a trainer/handler Mr.Karthik who took almost care Now I have my boy graduated and happy to have a gentle and obedient boy staying calm beside me.

I boarded my pet for 7days. Before boarding he was very calm and active after boarding he became very arrogant and not at all listen my command. When my pet came back to my house within 15 to 20days I got tennis elbow on my hand. They didn't even gave a proper training. Bcz of my hand injury within 3months I gave him somebody to take care with proper training .

Best place for pet boarding. Left my dogs for 3 days and they took care very well. Response form them after boarding is very good and they are keep updating status regularly in WhatsApp about the pet.

We took our Zarah(Shihtzu breed) to a place called Laika Dog Training Academy for grooming. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. They didn’t even have a proper grooming setup—just an open playground area. While we were there, dogs that were kept for boarding were let out for walking without any control, and some of them jumped on me and scratched me. When I asked them to handle it, they told me to just stay silent. We had requested a zero trim, but even after 2 hours they couldn’t finish grooming her body. They claimed Zarah was “stuck” and just stood there doing nothing. We told them we didn’t have more time because if she wasn’t dried after bathing, she could catch a cold. But they still insisted we take her as she was. After forcing them to finish, they bathed her but didn’t even dry her—just handed her back wet. I paid only half the amount and left. When I complained to the owner, he said the groomer wasn’t their staff but outsourced, giving random excuses. They returned the half payment. When we got home, I was shocked—Zarah’s body was full of cuts, her fur was uneven, and she looked miserable. The next day, we took her to our regular groomer to fix everything. He noticed many issues and pointed them out, but sadly, Zarah’s health still hasn’t fully recovered. So, my humble request to all pet parents—when it comes to pets, please never take risks. It’s not about the money; their life and health matter the most. Be aware. ❤️🐾
