We had such a good experience leaving Jojo at Pet haven. Initially we were paranoid because Jojo is very timid and wasn't used to having other cats in proximity all the time. But after noticing how friendly the other kittens were, we were very happy and was pretty sure jojo would enjoy her stay. Like promised they took good care of her and sent regular updates. The cleanliness of the place definitely needs mention. Every cat seemed to be at ease to have their own clean space. I'm glad we found them; now I don't have to worry about Jojo when we go on vacation for days.

This was my first time leaving my cats in a boarding facility, and I was honestly very nervous. But Pet Haven turned out to be the best decision I made! Alysha took such good care of my cats and ensured they were always safe and comfortable. She sent me pictures and videos every morning and evening, which truly put my mind at ease. Every time I had a question, she responded so politely and reassured me with so much patience. I’m extremely grateful for the love and attention my cats received here. Pet Haven is definitely the best place for cats, and I highly, highly recommend it to every pet parent! 🐾❤️

My cat Tiger is a lovable domestic shorthair. I left Tiger with Pet Haven for a few days and we have had a wonderful experience overall. My initial skepticism about dropping him off at a new place was quickly wiped away from watching how loved and cared for he was from the get-go. They were mindful of his routine and diet, gave him ample clean space to explore and play, to be himself with his zoomies and provided updates and photos from time to time which put my mind at peace. He was evidently comfortable, with the usual spark in his big green eyes. I have to credit them for their skilful communication and for being approachable and extremely kind. Tiger was provided a home away from home and we couldn't have been more grateful. It’s not easy to trust someone new with your fur baby but the little guy was treated like one of their own. Thank you so much to the lovely team, highly recommended. Would definitely use their services again. You’ve made this cat mom very happy! ❤️🐾

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We left our kitten Zara at Pet Heaven for 5 days and they took amazing care of her. We got daily photo/video updates, which gave us peace of mind. They’re really caring, the place is clean, and Zara enjoyed her stay. Highly recommend Pet Heaven for safe and loving pet care! 🐾
