Lovely Pet Shop is a very good Shop at ECR. The owner of this shop is a very nice gentleman. He helped me by exchanging a cat carrier as my cat was reluctant to go inside. I am truly thankful to him for understanding the issue and accepting the old carrier even after 1 week of purchase. This shop has a wide collection of cat and dog food. Moreover, it's situated on the main road so no issues in locating the shop.

Say they do deliveries, but send agent with nothing but a qr code. Their server was down and I had to figure out ways to pay him because he didn't accept payment through cards, neither did he have change. Over and above that, he was persistent that the payment be made asap despite us being regular customers who order from the shop once every two weeks. Please answer me this. While I understand it is fair that you want the amount paid upon delivery, then shouldn't I expect to get change back too right. Now the guy has walked away without returning my change. My money is as important to me as it is to you. Sort out your delivery issues before you make promises to your customers. Thanks!

Very good place to buy all pet products. They have dog food, cat food, food for birds. The best part is that they do home delivery and also if any product is not available, they get it for us. They have started with grooming services for pets .. haven't gone there yet. But kudos to owner and staff for making the maximum needed stuff available. Please keep some non commercial product like Bruno's wild essentials, origin, acana..good products..these more value for money.

This shopkeeper has no brains. We called him for one medicine, he said he will arrange it and asked us to come to his shop. We travelled 20 kms to reach this shop, upon reaching his shop, he is saying I need to arrange it. Why the hell you told us to come then if he could not provide us, why you said I will arrange today itself. He wasted our time and money both. It was an emergency. NEVER TRUST THIS SHOP. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT.
